Well, this one is small & muddy but I really liked it anyways. The ferny grotto feeling is perfect with water dripping off the moss and the back third in a cave. It did have a smell of rotting leaves and was just barely visible from the road. One nice thing is when you are down in it soaking, it feels like the creek is rushing by at the same level. comment: There are many,many Springs along the Pit River.Don't be excluded in this exploration.I use all of them as nature permits. - California-North-6-8-03-oregon-trip-6-2-03-bigelow - Paul Furman Photography
