A penny. Full crop, extreme sharpening & noise reduction. 
 

 
  
 
  This set of pictures was shot with the 70-200 plus 2x teleconverter at 400mm with closeup diopter. I set the camera on a table to see how much stability was impairing my images. These are considerably sharper than anything hand held and my tripod is too shaky for this big setup. I was shooting indoors near a window but still needed to take long 1 sec exposures.
