Near the canadian/US border in mid June the sun is about 61 degrees above the horizon at noon and roughly 220 degrees from sunrise to sunset. With a very wide angle rectalinear lens that can fit the sun and horizon, what is the best time of day to show the sun as close to the horizon as possible in terms of measuring the print from the sun to the horizon?
